THE PROCESS
Step 1: Reach out!
Call or email us or fill out our easy online application form, and we’ll let you know right away if we think you’re qualified for one of our clients.
Step 2: Initial interview
We will arrange for you to interview with the employer by Skype or phone. We will help you prepare for your interview in advance and can even assist you with your resume.
Step 3: In-person interview
If you are selected by our client, we will fly you to New Mexico for an in-person interview. We will be on the ground to meet you when you land and we will help you throughout the interviewing process, ensuring you’re able to put your best foot forward. We will also show you around the location, so you get a sense of the employer and area.
Step 4: Job offer and preparing to move
If you and the employer are a good fit, the employer will make you an offer of employment. We will help you every step along the way in the relocation process to make sure your move is a smooth one.
Step 5: Relocation & settlement
If you and the employer are a good fit, the employer will make you an offer of employment. We have funding to help you with relocation expenses and local experts who can assist you once you have arrived.
